Replace carpet in CC48 Resources Management and CC355 Hydrology buildings with resilient, vinyl plank flooring per attached scope of work and specifications. a. This project is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside IAW FAR 19.502-2(b). NAICS: 238330, Flooring Contractors, the small business size standard is $16.5 million. Contractors must be currently listed in the System for Award Management(SAM) as a Small Business for this solicitation's NAICS code. Those offerors not listed as a Small Business for NAICS 238330 may be deemed ineligible for further consideration for award. b. Award of this solicitation will result in a firm-fixed price contract. c. Onsite construction shall be executed within 5 calendar days of notice to proceed. d. IAW FAR 36.204, the magnitude of construction is between $25,000 and $100,000 e. Site visit is scheduled for Tuesday, July 19, 2022 at 11am Pacific Time.
