The purpose of the RFP is to select an engineering firm based upon a review of similar project experience and the firm’s ability to perform Phase II Engineering services for replacement pedestrian bridges over Illinois Road at McKinley Road and over Woodland Road at McKinley Road and to perform Phase III Construction services for the bridge over Illinois Road.
