2020 Debris Removal and Hauling Services

To provide all labor, materials, equipment and services, on a schedule as directed, necessary to perform clean up and debris removal services • Removal of any eligible debris, which is determined to be an immediate threat to life, public health and safety; which has been determined to be an immediate threat of significant damage to general public or private property. • Types of Debris can include, but is not limited to: Clean Vegetative Debris, Construction and Demolition Debris, Mechanical Debris, Hazardous Waste, Common Household Debris, Any waste other than hazardous, mechanical goods, vegetative, or construction and demo such as food waste, furniture, electronics, bedding, dishes, clothes, etc. • Removal of debris may require hand loading or additional assistance of loading equipment such as a bobcat, skid steer, or front end loader tractor.No additional cost of equipment for the removal of debris will be accepted. • Contractor will dispose of debris at the designated landfill and post a photo of the receipt to the work order. The City is absorbing the cost of the dumping per project and recording the tonnage. If the items disposed of include items outside of the City of Toledo contracted abatement properties, the City reserves the right to dismiss the contract and cease operations with the contractor.
