Description

Scope of work: 1. Twenty existing sites, number 51-70, are to be completely rewired. The existing disconnect located on the backside of Bathhouse #2 shall be refed with new service line properly sized for a 200-amp panel that will refeed all circuits to bathhouse #2. 2. Each site to receive a new 50/30 Amp duel pedestal. 3. Sites will be installed jointly on one each 100 Amp breaker (i.e. Wire ran from each 100- amp breaker will serve two sites). 4. Wire shall be sized accordingly as per load and distance to service. 5. The service main shall be 1200 amp and shall consist of two each 600 Amp panels with 20 circuits each and ten 100 amp breakers evenly divided between the two 600 amp panels. 6. There is no preference on wire type provided it is sized adequately. All wire runs must be run fully inside schedule 40 conduit. 7. Panels must be covered with a sheltered roof. 8. A 6’ high chain link pen with 4’ gate(s) and top section shall be installed around the Electrical panel marquee for security and protection. See plans for details and location. The fence posts shall be inside of the fabric for these installations 9. The contractor will be responsible for trenching and conduit for Georgia Power to move transformer location and for all power supply lines to the individual camp sites. 10. All site work must be installed and trenches covered prior to Georgia Power relocation the transformer. 11. The contractor shall repair damages to any other utilities or materials damaged via construction to meet all applicable codes. 12. Electrical Meter and Panel Installation: Provide and install Field Fabricated Supports for Meter and Panel. Supports Shall Be 3”X3”X1/4” Thick Angle Iron Frames, Min of 2 Down Legs per Meter and Panel. Provide Additional Legs and Cross Braces If Required to Stabilize the meter and panel. Hot Dip Galvanize Completed Frames Prior to Installation. All Required Hardware Including All Nuts, Bolts, Washers, Etc., Shall Be Galvanized or Stainless Steel. Field Coordinate Exact Location with Owner. 13. Ten lots, numbers 41-50 will each receive new 50/30 amp pedestals. 14. Lots #41-50 will be serviced from Bath House #1 electrical panel. 15. Sites will be installed jointly on one each 100-amp breaker. (i.e. Wire ran from each 100-amp breaker will serve two sites). 16. Wire shall be sized accordingly as per load and distance to service. 17. All lines shall be run in conduit buried in trenches. 18. The contractor shall repair damages to any other utilities or materials damaged via construction to meet all applicable codes.
