Main Gate Replacement

Upgrades to the main gate operator located at the DPW Yard located at 2951 Greenfield. This upgrade is to eliminate the after-hour faults where the gate won’t open or close and to upgrade the safety devices. Scope of Work 1.Remove current operator and install one new Lifmaster SL595UL Slide gate operator with leading edge photo eye reflective target, and rear bump edge on gate in compliance with UL325 Safety Standard. 2.All conduits which are protruding out of new operator control cabinet must be rigid PVC coated conduit. 3.Re-connect to existing power supply 4.The new operator must remain operational with all current push button remotes. 5.Relocate key switch post 6 feet away from gate with new weather proof cover. 6.Wires for key switch to be in rigid PVC coated conduit, and post set in concrete a minimum of 42” below grade. 7.Remove existing fence wire and install new fence wire the full width of gate using 9 gauge galvanized fencing approximately 40’ wide. 8.Replace signs and visibility strips on gate portion
