Description | Sealed bids in duplicate addressed to Lennar Homes of Texas Land and Construction, LTD., a Texas limited partnership, dba FRIENDSWOOD DEVELOPMENT COMPANY on behalf of Harris County Municipal Utility District No. 213-A for furnishing all plant, labor, material and equipment and performing all work required for the construction of "Paving Facilities in Sterling Point Section 8". The project is located within eastern Harris County and is part of Harris County M.U.D. No. 213-A. It is located north of Wallisville Road, east of Haney Road, west of Garth Road, and north of CWA Canal. From I-10, take the John Martin Road (Exit 791) and travel north approximately 1.2 miles along John Martin Road, then east on Wallisville Road approximately 0.9 miles, then North on Garth Rd approximately .5 miles to the proposed site. The project site is in Harris County, Key Map 461-N. For construction contracts over $50,000, the bidder shall submit either a 2% certified or cashier's check or a five percent (5%) bid bond of the maximum total bid amount. Make the cashier's check or bid bonds payable to the Owner. Pursuant to Texas Government Code 2252.908, you must be able to provide Harris County Municipal Utility District No. 213-A (the "District") with a printed, executed and notarized original of a completed Certificate of Interested Parties form (Form 1295) with the bid. Failure to do so will result in the District's inability to execute the contract. To complete the disclosure of interested parties form, or for further information, please visit the Texas Ethics Commission's website. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any or all irregularities. No bid may be withdrawn until the expiration of 90 days from the date bids are open. |
