Design and Construction for Public Restroom Facility Wilson Hill and Chestnut Street Park

Construct two new public restroom facilities at the Wilson Hill Park located between Washington and Branch Streets in Abbeville, South Carolina, and at Chestnut Street Park located along Chestnut Street. The Project consists of the design, site preparation, grading and construction of one building at each park. The restroom facility at Wilson Hill Park should complement the architecture of the existing picnic shelter located inside the park. The restroom facility at Chestnut Street Park should complement the existing walking track. Each restroom will have its own door, toilet(s), sink, hand dryer, light, and vent fan. Facility should be designed for year-round use. Photos of each park are shown in Attachment A – Wilson Hill Park and Attachment B - Chestnut Street Park.
