Provision of Control Panel Design and Build Services - Annual Contract

Scope: The project includes to provide services for the design and building of control panels for use in Gwinnett County Department of Water Resources (DWR) facilities. This work includes the design and building of the panel enclosures and the design and building of the internal control components per Gwinnett DWR SCADA’s approved standards. The control panels will be used in a variety of functions. The contractor will work with the DWR representative for each project to determine the design and build needs of each control panel. Control panels to be used with DWR’s Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system are to be designed and built-in accordance with DWR’s SPEC100 Control Panels specifications (see Appendix A) and specific direction provided by the DWR representative for each project. This contract does not include the installation of the control panels but does include delivery of the control panels to DWR facilities or other designated location and all field support with termination, site acceptance test (SAT) and commissioning process. Delivery service may include shipping to a systems integrator and then to the DWR designated location.
