Description | ISD 91 Barnum Bid Requests for: Diesel Fuel, Snow Removal, Bread, Milk, Food Service Commodities. ISD 91 is an equal opportunity provider. Bid Period: July 1, 2022 - June 30, 2023 Locations: Barnum High School, 3675 County Road 13, Barnum, MN Barnum Elementary School, 3813 E North Street, Barnum, MN Bus Garage, 3823 E North Street, Barnum, MN Areas: Parking lots and driveways located on school property. Bidders are requested to contact Jim Calhoun, Head Custodian, for more information. Phone: 218-389-6978 x1001 Clearing: Snow must be cleared prior to: 6:30 a.m. at Bus Garage 7:00 a.m. at High School 7:00 a.m. at Elementary School This schedule is required on days when school is in session. If snow falls on vacation and/or weekends, the vendor shall contact the Head Custodian for removal arrangements. When 3" or less of snow falls, the Head Custodian must authorize plowing. Equipment: Must be able to move large amounts of snow and push back heavy snowbanks. Reimbursement: The vendor shall submit all reimbursement forms/invoices (including timesheets) to the District Office. The District shall pay the vendor once each month for any snow removal. Property Damage: The vendor shall repair or replace all property that has been damaged or destroyed during the process of snow removal. Insurance: The vendor shall carry adequate insurance to cover claims for liability and property damage. Proof of insurance must be provided to the District Office. The School Board will approve bids at their August 17, 2022 meeting. The Barnum School Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids. |
