Owner Consultant for The Oceanside Mesa Garrison Force Main Progressive Design-Build

RFP/RFQ Description: A. The City of Oceanside (CITY) invites qualified entities to submit proposals for the role of Owner Consultant (OC) to assist CITY in the execution of the Progressive Design-Build (PDB) Project of the Oceanside Mesa Garrison (OMG) Force Main (OMG FM), El Corazon Sewer Lift Station (ECLS), Replacement of the Mission Ave Lift Station (MALS) Force Main (MALS FM), and Replacement of the Land Outfall (OLO). B. All of the facilities mentioned above shall be referred to as the Project. C. The CITY's long-term goal is to decommission the La Salina Wastewater Treatment Plant (LSWWTP) and redirect sewer flows to the San Luis Rey Water Reclamation Facility (SLRWRF). D. The method of project execution is the Progressive Design-Build (PDB) project delivery method. E. The CITY is currently in the process of procuring the Progressive Design-Build Team (PDBT) for the design and construction of the Project.
