Description

The City of Warner Robins will receive sealed proposals for the interior construction of a 125' x 100' x 16' Steel Storage Building. The successful bidder shall furnish features, which are regularly furnished as standard with this building. The building shall conform in strength, quality of materials and workmanship to that provided by the manufacturing and engineering practices of the industry. The bidder shall represent by this bid that the building is new and unused. The successful proposer shall give satisfactory evidence to the City of Warner Robins that they and/or sub-contractor(s) carries Worker's Compensation, in accordance with State Worker's Compensation Laws, and public liability and property damage insurance in sufficient amounts to ensure adequate coverage of the work, with the following minimum amounts acceptable: 1. Worker's Compensation & Builders Risk 100% 2. Comprehensive General Liability 1M/3M/50K 3. Comprehensive Vehicle Liability 1M/3M/50K Question Cuttoff Date & Time 8/30/2022 02:00:00 PM (ET) Extension Reason: All questions will be answered by Friday, September 02, 2022 The Bid No.: "PW-4451 Central Receiving Warehouse Interior Construction" shall be clearly marked on the outside of the envelope. The proposal, if awarded, will be awarded to the responsible contractor whose proposal will be the most advantageous to the City of Warner Robins, price, availability and other factors considered. The City of Warner Robins reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals, in whole or in part, to waive formalities, technicalities and to delete items prior to making the award, whenever it is deemed in the sole opinion of the City of Warner Robins to be in its best interest.
