| Description | The Wilkinsonville Water District (District), acting through its Board of Water Commissioners, is requesting proposals from qualified firms to conduct a comprehensive assessment of the public water district operating within the Town of Sutton, Massachusetts. The District will review all proposals in accordance with Massachusetts General Law c. 30B. Final selection will be based on an evaluation and analysis by the RFP evaluation committee of the information and materials required under this RFP. A contract will be awarded to a consultant who meets the minimum evaluation criteria, submits the required documents, has the demonstrated experience and resources to fulfill the contract and best meets the comparative criteria. The District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive informalities, technical defects, or irregularities in any or all proposals, and/or accept what is, in its judgement, the proposal which is in the District's best interest. |
