| Description | The State of Iowa is conducting a Request for roof replacements on Cottages 134, 359, and 463 at the Glenwood Resource Center (GRC) in Glenwood, IA. See Exhibit B for additional details and drawings. All work must be done on-site at Glenwood Resource Center (GRC) and all personnel must pass a background check. Information required for the background check includes full name, birthdate, state driver's license # or State id#, and social security number. See Exhibit C for more information. All work shall be substantially completed by November 30, 2023 All questions regarding this solicitation must be received by email by 2:00 PM (CT) June 22, 2023. |
