2023 Richland County Asphalt Resurfacing

the project known as: 2023 Richland County Asphalt Resurfacing Richland County, Ohio BID BOND or a BID AND PERFORMANCE PAYMENT BOND executed by the bidder and an acceptable surety, in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the total amount for each individual proposal, or by a certified check, cashiers check, or a letter of credit pursuant to Chapter 1305 of the Ohio Revised Code in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount for each individual proposal, payable to Richland County Board of Commissioners as a guarantee that if the proposal is accepted, a contract will be entered into. the project be completed before October 31, 2023. The estimated construction cost $506,922.00 Only ODOT pre-qualified contractors for WORKTYPE 10 and 13 are eligible to submit bids for this project. Pre-qualification must be in force at the time of the bid, at the time of the award, and through the life of the construction contract.
