Roof Replacement

For all labor and materials needed for the roof replacement needed at 750 Baltimore Street, Martinsburg, WV, 25401. 750 Baltimore Street (approximately 70,000 square feet). 1. If necessary, remove existing roofing and/or roll roofing down to the underlying roof deck and dispose of properly. 2. The Contractor may propose, as an alternative, any roofing system and/or product that overlays the existing roof. 3. Inspect the existing roof deck. Replace or repair any defective roof decking. 4. Install a product proposed by the Contractor that provides at least a 20-year warranty (30- year warranty preferred) over approximately 70,000 sf of roof area. 5. Install ice and water shield where needed. 6. Install new boots around all vents. 7. Install any step and counter flashing that may be needed. 8. Coat and seal all parapet walls as necessary. 9. Install drip edge. 10. Install commercial grade box gutter and downspouts. 11. Grounds to be cleaned after completion of job.
