The Project, of which the Work under the Contract Documents is a part, is generally described as follows: Paw Paw Avenue Resurfacing Project The Project includes the following Work: Resurfacing of Paw Paw Avenue from Main Street to north of Waukonda Avenue including curb and gutter replacement, ADA ramp upgrades, hydrant replacements, pavement markings, signage, and associated restoration in the City of Benton Harbor.
