RFP D/B - Boone County Jail Out Building

The Boone County Jail is requesting Proposals from qualified Firms/Contractors for the design/build of a 40' x 80' pre-engineered metal Out building located at the Boone County Jail, 3020 Conrad Lane, Burlington, KY 41005. The approved Firm/Contractor will be responsible for the final design and construction of the structure, including site work, utility work and all aspects of construction. Question Submission Deadline:January 10, 2024, 5:00 pm Question Response Deadline:January 12, 2024, 5:00 pm The anticipated date of completion is June 30, 2024. A Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the Contract will be supplied by the successful Offeror. Boone County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any informalities and to negotiate for the modifications of any proposal or to accept that proposal which is deemed the most desirable and advantageous from the standpoint of customer value and service and concept of operations, even though such proposal may not, on its face, appear to be the lowest and best price. No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after scheduled time of receipt of proposals. The Boone County Fiscal Court is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
