Description

Ravenna Trail Ravine Stabilization This is a ravine stabilization project being completed by Dakota County and the Vermillion River Watershed JPO along with landowner and other partners. Intent is to stabilize two heavily eroded ravines to mitigate sedimentation of the Vermillion River and the floodplain/roadway downstream of the ravines. Project will use grading and rock structures to stabilize the ravines and also includes activities typical for this work (e.g., tree clearing, erosion control, etc.).
