| Description | Work included under this contract consists of the complete installation of two (2) ground mounted solar arrays in the open field just north of the Bike Rental location and east of West Park Road providing virtual net metering interconnection (i.e. meter aggregation) to the respective electric utility company. The larger of the two arrays shall be interconnected to West Penn Power. The smaller array shall be interconnected to Central Electric Cooperative. Work also includes installation of solar array foundation and racking systems, solar production web-based monitoring systems, and all related electrical power, control, optimizer, and inverter systems. A chain link fence and gate system shall surround the arrays and a new gravel access road off of North Shore Drive shall be installed. |
