Description

The installation of a new steam AHU with additional option for rooftop heat reclaim coils serving the natatorium, along with the associated ductwork, piping, and electrical scope. The removal of the existing steam boilers and steam to water heat exchangers in lieu of gas fired Hi Efficiency condensing hot water boilers. Hot water heaters serving domestic hot water loads shall be included to serve the existing domestic hot water storage system.
