| Description | The vendor will perform preventative maintenance of the 30 cameras located on Sumpter Smith Air National Guard Base. The agreement should include quarterly maintenance of all cameras for one calendar year. 1.Camera maintenance includes cleaning, aiming and focusing of cameras. 2.Technical support will be provided on a 24 hour, seven day a week, basis through telephone communication, at a discounted rate of 15% off of prevailing rate. On-site technical support will be provided at a 20% discounted rate with technician response with 48 hours, as needed. 3.Installation of manufacturer approved, and provided, software updates will be installed by vendor, as needed. 4.Operator/System training will be provided upon installation for any system or addition to existing system, at no charge. |
