| Description | Cuyahoga Valley NP Sewer Line Replacement: contractor shall provide all tools, equipment, materials, labor, supervision, personnel, and shall do all things necessary to replace the existing dilapidated sanitary force main. The work will include: construction by horizontal boring of a new 2 inch force main that will be constructed from the existing lift station near the visitor center to underneath the Cuyahoga River, and will terminate at an existing collection manhole. Approximately 1,160 linear feet of 2-inch force main shall be replaced by horizontal boring. The existing sanitary sewer will need to remain operational during the construction so that there is no down time for the park. The work will include the replacement of the existing valve vault that is adjacent to the wet well in order to accommodate provisions for pigging the new sewer line. | ||||
