Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to complete all required project work in accordance with the provided SOW, drawings, narrative, and specifications located at Thomas E. Creek VA Medical Center, Amarillo TX 79106 This is a competitive Invitation for Bid (IFB) 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. The for this Construction Project is: Between $1,000,000.00 and $2,000,000.00 IAW VAAR 836.204(f)(1). The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 237310. Pre-Bid shall be held on August 8, 2023, at 1:00p.m. CST. All interested bidders shall meet at Building 34 at Thomas E. Creek VA Medical Center, Amarillo TX 79106. RFI(s)/Questions shall be submitted no later than August 15, 2023, by 10:00 a.m. CST. All RFI(s)/Questions shall be submitted via email to horacio.fernandez@va.gov. All bidders must submit a Bid Guarantee as part of their Bid . Additionally, the Awardee must be able to obtain the necessary level of and Bonds.
