Description

The project includes the refinishing of the entire building exterior below the eave line as described in the bid documents. Work includes exterior cleaning, stripping wood and metal details, repair or replacement of damaged materials, and panting. Some items such as wood windows and doors as well as metal railings and gates are to be removed so they may be stripped and to bare material before being refinished. Some items such as wood ceilings, trim, and some windows will be replaced with new. The project scope includes the removal and disposal of lead based paint from the exterior wood windows and trim.
