Red River High School HVAC - Phase II

Mechanical Scope of Work: Remove and replace major mechanical and plumbing infrastructures within the building. The owner has pre-purchased a majority of equipment that must be installed by this contractor. Some of these items include; boilers, pumps, air handlers, water source heat pumps, and controls. There are also other large components that must be removed and provided by this contractor. Some of the items are; VAV Boxes, air cooled condensing units, exhaust fan, hydronic specialties, domestic water heaters, storage tanks, mixing valve, and domestic pumps. Electrical Scope of Work: Disconnect and reconnect of various mechanical equipment. Replacement of the above ceiling cord and plug connections with disconnects. Power connections for the new electrical equipment to be fed with new breakers in the existing main switchboard.
