| Description | The project work will involve the safeguarding of seven (7) mine openings - two (2) shafts and five (5) adits. The features will be closed using polyurethane foam and masonry block bulkheads. Two (2) adits will have standard-size doors incorporated into the closure for access. Two (2) man-cages will be removed from the main shaft prior to closure. Location: Project is located around the town site of Gilman approximately six (6) miles south of Minturn, Colorado. |
