| Description | This work includes, but is not limited to, the preventive maintenance and repair of stand by and portable generator equipment located throughout the City of Tampa.The preventive maintenance requirement includes inspection, testing, lubrication, adjustment, belt replacement, hose replacement, etc. The repair requirement includes normal and emergency repairs. The Awardee shall provide all devices, tools, transportation, labor, equipment, lubricants, fluids, and expendable supplies needed to perform the work detailed herein, whether or not they are specifically detailed or described in the specification. Work shall also include purchasing complete standby and/or portable generator systems for replacement or new installation. |
