Hot Springs Creek Greenway Trail (PH. 6B) (TAP-18)

The City of Hot Springs invites bids to perform the Scope of Work as described in the attached documents to provide labor and materials to complete Hot Springs Creek Greenway Trail (Ph. 6B) (TAP-18); ARDOT Job 061601, Hot Springs, AR. The project consists of building a trailhead, and parking area as well as furnishing and installing a prefabricated 80 ft long pedestrian bridge. In submitting your bid it is essential that you adhere to the requirements and instructions contained herein. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formalities or irregularities. The City also reserves the right to require additional information. The City of Hot Springs hereby notifies all bidders that this contract is subject to applicable labor laws, non-discrimination provisions, wage rate laws and other federal laws including the Fair Labor Standards Acts of 1938. The Work Hours Act of 1962 and Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 also apply. Build America Buy America provisions apply to this contract. Registration and good standing in the System for Award Management (SAM) will be required prior to contract execution. In accordance with 23 CFR 635.110, any procedures and requirements for qualifying and licensing contractors must be approved by the Federal Highway Administration.
