Cass County Courthouse Electrical Improvements

For Electrical Improvements - Cass County Courthouse This project will consist of replacing the entire secondary electrical power distribution system including most of the panelboards, panel feeders, branch circuit wiring and some lighting. The system will be provided with a new service disconnect, automatic transfer switch to accommodate a future engine generator connection, a new main power distribution panel and several secondary branch circuit panels. The receptacles and light switches will be removed and replaced, the branch circuit wiring will be removed and replaced. New light fixtures will be provided in the basement, first floor and second floor. The existing electrical meter will be removed and replaced, a new free standing outdoor electrical rack will be provided to support the new transfer switch, meter and CT Cabinet and the new Main Power Distribution Panel. The existing fencing enclosing the electrical equipment will be modified to allow room for the new electrical rack. The existing utility transformer will be relocated. The contractor will be required to coordinate with Ameren Electric to re-connect the new services and main distribution equipment to the relocated transformer.
