Rehabilitation of Residential Home

Contractor will provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform the services in strict accordance with the rehabilitation specifications and guidelines in the Florida Building Code. All work will be coordinated with the City Project Manager. This work includes, but is not limited to the following: - Remove/repair/replace interior floors. - Wall/doors repair/replace walls, Provide New Wallboard and Finish, Paint. - Repair Upper Kitchen Cabinets, Provide/Install New Lower Kitchen Cabinets. - Provide/Install new Microwave/Vent Hood Also New Stainless-Steel Sink. - Provide/Install 25in Custom-Built Mica Counter-Tops. - Remove/Replace in Bathroom All Damaged or Rotted Studs, Sill Plates, Framing Members. - Provide/Install New Materials if Required to Ensure all Drain Pipes Functioning Properly. - Repair/Modification/Plumbing/Install as Necessary to Accommodate new Roll-In Shower with Cementitious Tile. - Provide/Install New Tiled Bathroom Floor. - Provide/Install New Pre-Hung Right Hand In-swing Hallow Core Door with Hardware. - Provide/Install 3 ADA New Grab Bars/ with New Towel Bar, New Towel hook/Ring. - Provide/Install new Bathroom Vanity with Standard Size Recessed Three Shelf Mirrored Medicine Cabinet. - Provide/Install New ADA Toilet. - Remove/Replace/Install existing Electrical Meter, Interior Load Distribution. - Panel to Meet all Requirements/Upgrade as Needed/Install New Light Fixtures as Needed. - Install HVAC unit with New Duct Work if Needed. - Remove/Install New Windows throughout the Home. - Attic insulation. - Install ADA Ramp and Railings. - Remove Rear Entry Storm Door and Entry Door / Install new Entry Door. - Permit Fees.
