| Description | To establish a local source for the Cleaning and Chemical Treatment of various kitchen exhaust systems utilized in County buildings, including related ducts for the Facilities Management Department (FMD). The work shall consist of furnishing all equipment, tools, labor, supervision, chemicals, materials, transportation and all effort necessary to thoroughly decontaminate and clean all grease, dirt, and other flammable or combustible substances in an exhaust system, which includes hoods, filters, ducts, and fans. Award is made at the sole discretion of the solicitation issuing Department. Maricopa County reserves the right to award in full or in part to a single vendor or multiple vendors.
