A. General Construction Work, including but not limited to: 1. Concrete stair replacement, concrete sealant, joint replacement, and miscellaneous concrete spall and crack repairs throughout the north and south sides of the upper deck and frames, door replacement within the stadium, restroom renovations, field house track replacement, training center roof replacement and goal line glib facade repairs, miscellaneous painting, EIFS repairs and traffic coating. Alternates, G-1 and G-2 B. Site Construction Work, including but not limited to: 1. Mill and overlay of the asphalt at the regional road. Alternates C-1. C. Mechanical Construction Work, including but not limited to: 1. Training Center heat pump replacement and Mechanical Room alterations, lighting controls for parking lots 3 and 4, north and south zone clubs control updates. D. Plumbing Construction Work, including but not limited to: 1. Replacement of domestic hot water storage tanks and sewer cleaning. E. Electrical Construction Work, including but not limited to: 1. Field house lighting repairs, training center heat pump electric work, emergency power for BMS work station, miscellaneous work at the Abbott Road substation, replacement of select stadium field lighting fixtures and electric work associated with the goal line club facade repairs and door replacements by the general construction contractor.
