Wayside Exhibit Design, Fabrication, Audio Description, and Installation Services Badlands National Park

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number 140P2122R0022 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) constitutes the entire solicitation. Proposals and price quotations with detailed breakdown are being requested. This acquisition will be conducted pursuant to FAR Part 13. This solicitation document incorporates all mandatory commercial item provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-06, effective May 1, 2022. This is a small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 339950, Sign Manufacturing, and the related small business size standard is 500 employees. The government anticipates award of one (1) best value, firm-fixed price contract. Requirement: The contractor shall provide all services including labor, materials, equipment, facilities, and travel necessary to remove existing exhibits, and plan, design, fabricate, audio describe, and install new wayside exhibits for Badlands National Park in Interior, South Dakota. in accordance with the specifications as detailed in this solicitation and its attachments.
