Site work and new construction of an industrial development in Stanhope, New Jersey. Working plans call for the construction of a industrial development. Plans call for the construction of additions to an existing building. As of July 1, 2022, this project is in working drawings seeking City Council approvals. The owner will be self performing. A timeline for construction has not been disclosed. This project will be four new buildings, 3,500 SF warehouse, 5,000 SF warehouse, 8,250 SF warehouse, 9,475 warehouse.
