Description

The Metropolitan Development and Housing Agency (MDHA) will receive bids for the reconstruction of fourteen (14) existing stormwater (bio) retention ponds and immediately adjacent areas located along Kirkpatrick Avenue (private) within its Kirkpatrick Park Apartments Community. Specific tasks include structural curb/gutter replacement, concrete sidewalks, concrete flumes, pervious concrete paver replacements, landscape/ irrigation modifications, gabion basket installations, and bio-media (soil) installations.
