Furnish and install (10) heat pumps R410a with heat 208/230/1 To provide air handler unit stands with secondary condensate pan & float switches To provide Honeywell 8000 connect to existing control wire To provide Reusr refrigerant piping (Flush) and provide condenser pads concrete 40x40 To provide condensing units to be installed with hurricane attachment to concrete pads Must disconnect and reconnect electric power to system Must flush out existing condensate drainpipe before reconnecting to new system Must provide one (1) year warranty on all parts & labor on equipment from date of start up Must be able to secure all necessary permits Pricing should include standard lead time for submittals, manufacturing, shipping, mobilization of materials, equipment and manpower.
