| Description | Perform abatement using approved methods and containment as regulated by Utah Department of Environmental Quality, all ACBM plaster over walls and ceilings throughout approximately 6800 sq/ft of existing building, locate and abate any TSI fittings in tunnels and crawl spaces, remove 12” floor tile and associated mastic in kitchen (525 SF), remove 9” floor tiles and associated mastic in kitchen area (3300 SF), remove fire rated stage curtains (150 SF), remove fire rated doors (378 SF), remove and dispose of all PCB light ballast’s, remove and dispose of all fluorescent light tubes, remove and dispose of any mercury switches, in order to ready building for demolition. |
