Description Workforce and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a contractor with demonstrated experience in sheetrock installation, finishing and painting. 1. A number of water damaged dorm rooms in which the damaged sheetrock has already been removed, and mold issues addressed. Rooms 105, 106, 107, 152 and 252 in Carter Hall require sheetrock replacement finished to level 5; priming and top coating with new base installed. 2. Three rooms in Barnett Hall, numbers 126,137, and 149 in which the sheetrock has already been replaced and which now require priming, top coating and new base installed. 3. damaged area on living room ceiling in Cottage #6 requires removal, replacement, and painting as per above.
