| Description | 1. Roof Coating (Add to description): This coating will have a white finish to match the existing roofs. The contractor will install walk pads from roof access to each piece of serviceable equipment on the roof and around equipment. The contractor may use, at their own cost, infrared technology to determine the wet locations of the roof prior to making roof repairs and coating application. 2. Lighting Protection: The contractor will be responsible for removing the existing lighting protection system on the Health Services roof. Once the roof coating is complete the contractor will reinstall the lighting protection system and have it tested. |
