| Description | Application of roof coating over the existing roof of Transit Shed 15, which is approximately 93,000 square feet to include the following work : Clean and prep existing built up roof (BUR) to ensure proper bonding Repair all holes and cracks using a micro-fiber / silicone system Apply 1 coat of primer at a rate per manufacturers specifications and Apply 1 coat of silicone fluid applied cool roof system at a rate of 2.0 gallons per 100 square feet over entire roof surface for 10 year warranty. |
