Description

Establishment of a price agreement for the purchase of HVAC supplies, accessories, and HVAC replacement units as specified within the pricing section of this RFB. The bid list is intended to be a representative sample of brands commonly purchased by the County. In general, County Departments shall utilize the awarded vendors for miscellaneous supplies needed on an accelerated or emergency basis. Therefore, the vendors selected must maintain these supplies in inventory for immediate pickup. HVAC units over five tons are excluded from this requirement. This will be a Multi-Award Contract.
