| Description | The contract will be awarded to the contractor, who submits the lowest most responsible, responsive offer complying with the instructions specified within. Award will be based on those considerations which are in the best interest of the District The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any irregularities or formalities in any solicitation or bid responses. Price alone may not be the determining factor. Bidders must conform to the requirements of the Arkansas State Licensing Law for Commercial Contractors. Contractor shall be prepared to begin work on this project on May 30, 2023 . All work for this project shall be completed no later than August 1, 2023 WITH CONSISTENT COMMUNICATION WITH CONSTRUCTION MANAGER ON LEAD TIME OF EQUIPMENT.
