On-Call Environmental Consulting SVS-Waste Resources and Recycling

To Provide Maricopa County On-Call engineering services and construction administration services as described herein. Services to be performed may include:• Perform landfill ground water assessments to include; drilling services, groundwater monitoring well/pump installations and groundwater sampling.• Conduct landfill gas migration studies & gas mitigation services; including gas vent installation, gas monitoring probe installations and greenhouse gas calculations.• Perform as-need ground water corrective action programs & implementation.• Environmental Impact Assessments & feasibility studies of post closure landfill use and viability for alternate uses. • Perform Landfill Closure and Post-Closure Financial Liability estimates. • Drainage and storm water control management & engineering design.• Permit application/permit renewal preparation as-needed; including air emission inventories, solid waste facility plans amendments, Aquifer Protection Permits and general storm water discharge application & designs. • Land surveying and photographic services, to include boundary, topographic and as-built construction surveys.• Performance evaluations regarding RCRA Sub-title D (40CFR 258) compliance status.• Evaluation of post-closure uses of closed landfills.
