Description

These facilities are to be constructed / installed in Encanto Real Utility District. Rothwood Center is located at 22131 Rothwood Road adjacent to the Sawmill Ranch Subdivision. (Key Map Panel 291J). The new 8" WL will be insalled in the ROW of Rothwood Road and connect to the existing 12" WL located in Spring Stuebner. The new 8" sanitary sewer line will also run in the ROW of Rothwood Road and will tie into an exisitng manhole located on Madrona Creek Drive in Sawmill Ranch. Contract Duration is 30 days.
