| Description | The Contractor shall provide all supplies, materials, equipment, transportation, safety equipment, manpower, and supervision to perform all tasks related to the removal and disposal of regulated medical waste for the Detroit VA Medical Center and its supporting area for a base plus four (4) one (1) year option periods exercisable solely at the discretion of the Government: 1. John D. Dingell VAMC, 4646 John R. Street, Detroit MI 48201. 2. Pontiac CBOC, 44200 Woodward Avenue, Suite 208, Pontiac, MI 48341. 3. Detroit VA Domiciliary, 4777 Outer Drive E. Detroit Michigan 48234. 4. Contractor shall also include any new or leased spaces which may be developed in the Detroit VA Medical Center and its supporting area. |
