Mount Kirk Park Improvement Project - General Construction

Work Include installation and assembly of a 20ft.x44ft. Cedar Forest Products Pavilion (PAC 2). Pavilion will be furnished by Township and delivered to the project site. Project also includes construction of the foundation, footings and concrete slab required for Pavilion, and installation of water, sewer and electric utility services for Pavilion. Pavilion will be equipped with 2 restrooms and storage area. All bids must include lump sum or unit prices to be considered for award by Township at their option after review of the bid amounts.
