| Description | The scope of work for this project is to provide supervision, labor, and equipment for the removal of accumulated residuals and vegetation from residuals holding ponds at the West Regional Treatment Plant located in Winnie, Texas. Work shall include, but not be limited to all materials, equipment, and disposal, all in accordance with the plans, specifications, and this Scope of Work. The Work generally consists of the removal of residuals and vegetation from holding ponds, transportation and disposal of residuals at Owner provided Dedicated Land Disposal site. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. |
