Exterior Envelope Repairs

In general the work consists of repair and replacement of existing exterior brick which includes the following scope: cutting of existing brick and installation of relief joints and required sealants, removal of existing brick, installation of new brick, anchoring of shelf angles, installation of helical anchors into existing brick, tuck pointing and washing of existing and new brick. Work to be completed during periods of Notice to Proceed - September 19, 2022 and May 15, 2023 - August 11, 2023. Contractor to determine construction phasing if work can be completed during single calendar year. Base Bid will be received for: A single lump sum bid for All Work. Bid Guarantee in the amount of 10% of the Bid must accompany each bid submitted.
