Description

Construction of a mini park, and all associated landscape/hardscape. The work will be performed in two phases: the first phase will include the construction of three brick walkways from the existing public sidewalk to the newly renovated building; installation of sod and irrigation, planting beds and drip edges (or just sod, if planting beds and drip edges cannot be completed by July 15), and other minor tasks as needed to ensure the building is accessible and aesthetically appealing for the summer season. The work in phase one must be completed by July 15th, 2020. The second phase of work will commence on or around September 15th, 2020, and is to be completed by October 31, 2020. The work in the second phase will include the construction of the park, including but not limited to tree removal, additional brickwork, associated hardscape, installation of plantings, fencing and irrigation.
