| Description | Original Set Aside: Historically Underutilized Business (HUBZone) Set-Aside (FAR 19.13) Replace approximately 220 feet of pipe from Outfall #3 to Catch Basin #3 and shall replace approximately 130 feet of pipe from Outfall #5 to Catch Basin #3. The contractor shall NOT demolish any part of Defense Avenue. The contractor shall install one new manhole and one new storm drain catch basin and excavate only the area where the pipe needs to be replaced to minimize the amount of high vegetation and trees to be cleared. |
